WordPress Plugin

This guide walks you through installing and configuring the Dentscape (Smile Simulator) WordPress Plugin.

Prerequisites

• A WordPress site with Administrator-level access.
• The Dentscape plugin .zip file. Please contact us to obtain the plugin package.

Step 1: Obtain an API Key

To use the plugin, you need API keys from our portal.

1. Visit our API Portal: <https://smile.dentscape.ai>
2. Sign up for an account or log in.
3. Navigate to the Developers > API Keys section to generate a new key.
4. Copy your API key and keep it secure. You will need it for plugin configuration.

Step 2: Upload and Install the Plugin

1. Access the Plugin Marketplace
   Log in to your WordPress Dashboard and click on the Plugins tab in the primary navigation menu on the left. This will open the Plugin Marketplace and management interface.

2. Initiate the Upload Process
   Locate and click the Upload button found at the top right corner of the page. This action will reveal the file selection area.

3. Select and Install the File
   Choose the plugin file (in .zip format) from your local computer. Once selected, click Install Now and then select Activate Plugin to complete the process.

Step 3: Configure API Credentials

1. Access System Settings
   Log in to your WordPress Dashboard and click on the Settings tab located in the primary navigation menu on the left.

2. Locate Dentscape (Smile Simulator)
   Within the expanded Settings submenu, identify and click on Dentscape (Smile Simulator) to access the plugin's core configuration panel.

3. Enter and Save API Credentials
   Input your API Keys (including Smile Simulator, E-line Checker, and Video Version keys) into the corresponding fields. Once entered, click the Save Changes button at the bottom to apply the settings.
